Hi Risa,

Just to share, our special dinner is a spicy shrimp "Etoufee". I put it in quotes because I am unsure of its authenticity since we have rather personalized it. Served over rice with nice greens, warm crusty bread and a white wine, or maybe champagne?...mmmm

Also, I have a recipe I have been wanting to try of a beef filet on crispy hashbrowns with mushrooms.
