Hi Carolyn,

Thanks for sharing this recipe, it certainly sounds delish!! I am always on the look-out for crock-pot recipes for those super busy days.

Guess what! I found an easy way of using basil right in my kitchen. I snapped of a portion last week and stuck it in a glass of water and it is rooting. That way I can pluck whatever leaves I need so that I don't have to go to my mailbox and get it. I also have a new plant that way!

I haven't been able to get to any gargae sales in the last few weeks because of gas, I sure don't want to waste it going around...so I limit myself to going out twice a week for errands and the library. Gas prices are crazy lately!!
