Carolyn, I'm feeling about 95% ok - still a few residual effects but with time I hope they resolve.

Re: coming out your way - DH and I have talked alot about taking the trans-Canada scenic train to Vancouver, then catching one of those Alaskan cruises from there, but it's a year or two off but definitely in the planning stages. We're accumulating information from the Canadian Tourism Bureau and the trains, etc.

My sister has vacationed in Vancouver several times, and can't talk enough about its beauty, so we look forward to that.

And we also have talked about a cruise that takes us to Puerto Rico - Gladys's travelogues intrigue me! All these trips are off in the future, however, not in the near future either!

I still think we all need to gather somewhere and meet each other someday. Ellie and I did that with our respective DHs several years ago, and we still correspond frequently with great affection.
