Thank you so much for your replies. I went ahead and made my cake with regular flour but the cake was a flop! I don't think it was the flour though. It was a cream cheese pound cake and the center looked all smashed together and raw looking. I've seen alot of pound cakes do that and not only mine. From now on, I'm buying pound cakes. Thanks for your help though.
