Barbie the quick ans is yes accoring to what my mother always said ... all purpose is that all purpose ... now in making bread the bread flour has extra to help it rise in cake flour i don't know but my mom always said to use all purpose even when it said cake -- that is all i can tell you ... hope it helps ...
