Cake Flour

Misc.

Barbie,

Cake flour is specially formulated for cake baking. It is milled from select
soft wheat that gives cakes high volume, fine texture and delicate tenderness.
I use Softasilk Flour for baking cakes.

You can substitute all-purpose flour - in order to substitute Cake Flour for

all purpose, use 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons of cake flour for each cup of all-

purpose flour in the recipe.

Hope this helps!
