Thank You: Thanks for those Southern dishes

Misc.
I always enjoy them so much, being a true
southern and have lived in Montgomery for many years. They are very dear to my heart. I always copy them and file in my recipe book and use them quite often. I hope when I go to Asheville, NC this summer I can fnd some of your good peas at the Farmers Market. There is nonthing that conpares to them.
All the Best,
Claudette
