Thank You: Thanks, June

Misc.
June--

A co-worker, who also works in New Orleans, just made it up here to Milwaukee for the first time since Katrina, and the stories were scarifying. I hope Wilma misses you, or at the least, peters out before it comes your way. Keep those shutters up and the radio on!

I haven't been to Green Bay yet, but exploring WI is kinda fun. Lake MI is gorgeous any time of the year, so I hope you'll get some time to take a few walks by the lake while you're with your aunt.

I used to contribute to Recipelink back when I lived in Alaska, but dropped out for a while, what with moving and trying to get used to being back in the Midwest. I never stopped reading, though - you're all such imaginative cooks - it's a pleasure.

Keeping my fingers crossed against Wilma--

Maureen
