I see what you mean about the waistline(lol). This certainly isn't low-fat. I'm going to try it without the bourbon & see how we go with the consistency. Next special occasion doesn't happen till Melbourne Cup Day(Nov 2), my baby brother is getting married Cup eve & I've been silly enough to volunteer BBq lunch etc on Cup Day for all the relatives. Lots of recipes from TKL will be used that day. Thanks Joanne
