Thank-you Patsy for the idea... although I'm from upstate NY and I don't know much about Jambalaya. :) It's always been something I've wanted to try myself... but I think for the wedding I'm looking for more of an easy chicken dish or some sort of sandwich with some sides that would be inexpensive and easy to prepare. Any ideas on this would be appreciated! But thank-you for the thought!
