Thanks so much for your kind words. I hope I've been of some help. I'm also making mints to freeze this weekend. Also trying to make napkins rings and wine glass charms for my son's wedding.
We have a few cookbooks left. The book is titled "Recipes and Remembrances" The Fletcher-Coffey-McNew Family Cookbook. It contains over 400 tried and true recipes from mom's restaruant, family and friends. The proceeds will benefit our local hospice chapter. The book sells for $10.00 per copy and $2.00 shipping and handling. E-mail dmolczyk@peoplepc.com if you would like to order.
