I feel honored that you are willing to sharing a recipe that means so much. Thank you for sharing the story, but I must tell you it brought tears to my eyes. Look at the lives your mother is still touching. She not only lives on in your memories, but in her recipes as well. The recipes and ideas are wonderful. Just what I'm looking for something different, but not too difficult or time consuming. You have been such a help. I'll let you know how things turn out. I am making the mints this weekend. If you have any cookbooks left for sale, I would love to buy one or more. Have a great day and wonderful weekend.
