Misc. This recipe sounds delicious. I love lasagna & I'll definitely add this one to my collection & try it soon. I appreciate you taking the time to post it. I've even started to bake with tofu & soy flour. Last week I had the opportunity to try a cheesecake that was made with tofu. I was surprised at how delicious it tasted. It was very similar to regular cheesecake, only it wasn't quite as rich tasting. I enjoy cheescake, but I seldom eat it because it tastes so rich. This one had less than half the calories & fat of a regular cheesecake, & since it was so good, I'm going to start making it. I'll be getting the recipe in April when a cookbook comes out that has the recipe in it ( the person who gave me a taste is a dietician in town who is publishing a cookbook). I'll post the recipe when I get it because I'm sure others will enjoy it also.
