Soybeans
Misc. Hi Carol, We farm here in Central Ohio and grow about 2,000 acres of soybeans--you would think I would learn to cook with soy LOL Maybe you have put me on a whole new track, Carol. I do admit the lasagne sounds wonderful. Hubby loves cheesecake and I like the lowfat idea for that too--maybe I can sneak it in and he won't notice.
Speaking of rich I ran across that wonderful Irish Cream Madadamia Nut Pie you posted last year when I was looking for St. Patty's Day recipes for the weekend. Soy or no soy I think I will have to make that one again this year!!
