Hi Terry,

Thanks for sharing that marvelous sounding recipe...sounds delicious with some cioppino or pasta with great sauce!

When I read your description, it brought to mind what my Mama would put out sometimes on the dinner table. She would have slices of Cuban bread and close by a plate with some olive oil, smashed garlic, salt and pepper. We would dip our bread into this and it was heaven! Perhaps that is how I acquired my love of garlic...
