Hi Sue:-) I gather that this is served cold or at room temperature so my question is - do you serve this as a first course, or as a main dish...or is it served for brunch? What else do you serve with it? Salad? I just bet that my girls would really like this so I am going to have to try it:-) Just point me in the right direction. Thank you for posting it.
