Thank You: Veggies

Misc.
thanks for all the suggestions. He likes raw veggies, and will eat salads with no problem. I have only used fresh veggies for years now - hate canned ones - however, HIS favorite is canned baby peas - ugh.

If I jazz veggies up with large amounts of garlic and some grated parmesan, he'll eat them because he knows he should! And because I harass him!

He does like fresh asparagus, and will do brussel sprouts if fixed the above mentioned way.

My favorite veggie is green or yellow beans, cooked al dente, or the southern way with tomatoes, onions and bacon fat!! Ha - no more of that.

I have done roasted potatoes, done with a coating of oil and herbs - what other ways or veggies do you do that method?? I can use some ideas and methods.

Thanks, Jeanne - June
