Dear Phyllis,

Thanks so much for taking the time and posting your yummy sounding recipes...I have printed out Diane's Bread Pudding, Your Coconut Cake, Gan's Strawberry Romaine Salad, Gan's Cheeseball and Terri's Chocolate Mousse.

I suppose the reason I am attracted to your recipes and menu is because it reminds me very much of the type that are printed in Gooseberry cookbooks as well as Mary Engelbreit's cookbooks.
