Bacon Date Things Variation

Appetizers and Snacks
Debbie, I had the 'Bacon Date Things' at a wine tasting party a couple years ago and they were delicious. The dates were stuffed with Marscapone then the bacon put around them, a pick inserted and then they were grilled or broiled - I'm not sure which. Your way of baking them sounds safer.
