Yes, I meant partially cook! Always thought it was an actual word but my small
dictionary doesn't have it so now you've got me wondering!! Will check at work
on Monday.
I feel bad that I didn't post the reply sooner but was lazy and was sure
several people would respond.
Yes, I usually do it for about half the time. I am 99% positive that I used to
freeze my quiches as I work full time and am very slow in the kitchen, so would
also have made it ahead for brunches etc. It sounds delicious, mine doesn't
include all those herbs and the sherry.
