Hi Becky:-) I will be happy to post my recipe for Greek Lentil Soup but I can't do it today. I have to drive to Cape Cod (3+ hours from here) for a conference this afternoon. I will be back on Fri. and will post the recipe either on Fri. or Sat. Have a great week:-)
