Thank You: Enchiladas!

Misc.
Ohhhh Jackie! I was sitting here reading this recipe to my husband and we were both drooling. I'm sending him to the store right now for cheese. I thought I would make it for supper, but he says no, make it for lunch (it's 10:40 a.m.)! Also sounds easy to make ahead and just stick in the oven for the bonfire. What a great idea.

I can see that your life was personally touched by yesterday's tragedy and am happy that all are safe. Your thoughfulness in posting the recipe reminds me that there are so many kind people out there. Right now evil seems overwhelming and simple as it may sound, your response to a fairly insignificant thing like an enchilada recipe has somehow restored my faith. Thank you, not just for the recipe, but for taking the time to share yourself with me.

A Hug from Pam!
