Beef Shoulder ideas

Hi Ronda- I had a look at my recipes, and beef shoulder is in recipes for pot roast, Boeuf Bourguignon and other beef stews. You'll find a lot of recipes searching here, and I'll post mine if you like, though I have not tried them.
