the Peking Chicken recipe isn't in there, but I have lunch all
the time from Leann Chin's, I'll ask, maybe they will tell me
something. AND even better, maybe someone on the boards,
will have it & post it. I've just never seen it anywhere. Also
try & ck the General Mills site - they did own Leeann Chins.
Good luck, I wouldn't mind having the recipe myself.
