Carolyn, I KNEW I was getting old...

when I found these crock pot recipe books and the pages were yellowed! I used the crock pot a lot as a young married gal with a little one and working a job (doctor's office) where I was never sure of just when I would get home. My "little one" is now a young married with little ones of her own. Anyway, I have gotten a new pot with a removable crock and have started using it again. I will post some of the old recipes as I re-try them. Thanks for your carmelized onion recipe and onion soup. They sound great and there are so many uses for carmelized onions-gets my imagination going.
