Ceviche?
Misc.Hi LaDonna - Are you sure you've got the right name for this recipe, because ceviche IS fish - raw fish, marinated in a variety of citrus, sometimes the recipe calls for orange, sour orange, lemons, limes, and other ingredients. The variations are due to whichever country (Latin American) the recipe originates. The citrus acids break down the raw fish fibers and "cooks" the fish and prevents bacterial growth.
It is delicious, but doesn't quite sound like what you're describing.
