Chiffon cake - turn upside down

Hi Michelle,

Whenever I make chiffon cake, like what Yong said, don't grease the tin coz it needs the walls of the tube tin (angel food cake tin) for support. And futhermore, when it's taken out of the oven, it should be over turned and leave to cool in the tin. This will further help to ensure that it doesn't sink.
