Chiqui....

Misc.
Hi Chiqui,

Thank you for your kind words...

one of my favorite cookbooks is SOME LIKE IT SOUTH, The Jr. League of Pensacola, Fl. It is a fantastic book becausae every recipe that I have tried from that book comes out perfect. They must have had a great testing klitchen!! I love Jr. League books becauae for some reason they have marvelous recipes and they are usually ones I love.

Where do I get my inspiration and how do I find the time to cook from scratch? Let's see...I think being passionate about what you do, no matter what it is,will come out in the end result. I enjoy cooking tremendously and think of it as lots of fun. I enjoy the preparation, the cooking and the presentation...the aromas wafting thruout the kitchen, the cleanup, everything about cooking I love!!

I enjoy cooking from scratch because I know what goes in the food and I know I have control over unwanted chemicals. I am very particular about what I eat, it is very simple, I only like the BEST. For me, cooking is very easy because I love it. And, when you love something, don't we always find time for it? Especially when it is going into your tummy, you only want the best.

Have a great week!!

Gina
