"Christmassy" Appetizers

I will be hosting my annual Cookie Exchange next month and I always serve a fairly sizeable spread - appetizers, dips and desserts. (We save all the cookies to take home) I've had some really special things in the past and always like to have something new and different each year, so I'd love to have some ideas for some unique treats that are festive for the holidays.
