Classes

Misc.
I don't live in your area - but often the food department of the local newspapers will publish list of classes once or twice a year. Often if you contact someone in that department they can help you.

Also, some public schools and community colleges have cooking classes - non-credit classes. You might contact the ones that would be most convenient for your location in the D.C. area.

Wilton sometimes co-sponsors classes in stores that sell their products -in my area it would be J.C.Penneys - in your area it could be the same or another store.

Hope you can find what you are looking for.
