Claudette - Summer clams

Misc.
Claudette - hi - we sure hope to be able and healthy enough to return to our beloved Cape Cod - we're already thinking about digging for clams and dipping lobsters in butter (oops, maybe just the lobster, not the butter!)

Funny - all these things keep coming back to us - DH's favorite thing to do was dig clams, then open them on the half shell, place a small piece of bacon on top, with a dab of butter, and put them on the grill - yummy - but I think we'll have to do healthier clams this year - any ideas?

Here we both are with new suture lines, and the pool temp finally up to 80 and we can't go in it yet!! Trip to the doctor's tomorrow am - maybe he'll release DH to float around on the pool a bit. I see that the Gulf water temp is up to 80 also - It's like we went from my new little cocoplum shrubs frozen solid, to humidity and heat all within about a week or two.

love, June
