Dazzling Menu Jackie....

Hi Jackie,

I must admit, I have never tasted duck but the mango salsa sounds so enticing that I have copied the entire menu and put it in my files for future use for company.

The sweet potatoes sound like a sure winner and the salad too....thanks so much for sharing this wonderful menu with us!!
