I hope you both like these when you try them. My husband and I had both had duck (and love it) but this was the first time we had cooked it. We were both apprehensive about cooking it because of all the things we had heard about all the fat & how you had to prick it all over so the fat drains out etc., etc. Of course, this was only the breast, not a whole duck, so that may be an entirely different experience but this was quite easy and good.
