Thank you for your lovely note. It made me feel a lot better. I'm getting on with life. My oldest stepdaughter was engaged recently and I am throwing a cocktail party for her next Saturday. This time I want to enjoy my guests, so I am having it catered rather than doing it myself. I meet with the caterer this morning at 10:00.

You are such a treasure, dear Gladys. I know you only through this website, but you have been not only a source of great knowledge, but also a supportive friend. Thank you for being who you are.
