Dear Mickey and everybody: I apologize

because what I meant by a visit was that I was going to cook something original from the region. It is just that when I express myself I think in Spanish and sometimes I am not expressing myself correctly. I am planning on "visiting" many countries but what I really mean is cooking not only American or Puertorican but also, food from other countries.
