Dear Gina:
I have been wondering what you do with all the leftovers you have? Or are you just so great at measuring to the exact amount that you have none?
The is always a quandry for me. I had five children, three married now, one in college, and one at home. I still cook like there is seven of us and usually run half of what I cook to one of my children. I enjoy reading your posts.
