Dearest Halyna: Cubans & Puerto Rican have a sweet (ripe) plantain pie

which is done either stuffed with ground beef or chicken fricas and everything bind with beaten eggs & cheese. It is called a Pi on.

There are also the TOSTONES VOLADOS which are green plantains stuffed with stewed seafood or chicken & with a salad similar to the Pico de Gallo. They are delicious.

The difference in doing a plantain pie is that you will have to use ripe plantains because of the soft & pliable texture. Could it be something like I mentioned?
