Hi Deb,

Don't give up on yeast doughs! The pizza dough recipe would be a good one to start with - just do a test run before the party. If you don't want to make the dough, you should be able to buy prepared yeast dough at a grocery store that makes their own bread, a bakery, or pizza parlor. Or, check your grocery frozen food section for frozen bread dough. I suggest cooking the crusts on the grill before the party, cooling them on a rack so they don't get soggy and covering with plastic wrap. Then, when you're ready to complete the pizzas, put each on the grill and proceed with the topping instructions.

If you really don't want to use yeast dough you can experiment with biscuit dough but I think you'll wind up with a cracker instead of a chewy-crisp crust.

Maybe our other visitors will have some suggestions or recipes to share.

Have a great party!

Betsy
