easy foolproof yeast method

Misc.
Deb,
The way I make bread is foolproof. My mother in law used to say you can't make bread this way, but she admitted later that I was a better bread baker than she. All you do is mix the dry active yeast in a bowl with half the flour and other dry indgredients, add the liquid(warm),fat, and egg,mix then add the rest of the flour. It works every time for me. I never proof the yeast in water. Try it and see how it works.
