First time I ever saw this recipe

Hi Diana,

I never saw this recipe posted anywhere before this post, my mother-in-law
use to make this all the time, and I learned how to and make it after every
Easter. She was from Clearfield, PA but she called it "Popeye Stew" I also add
chopped cabbage and carrots to it, and its a big hit in my house. I just
couldn't beoive it when I saw it. Thanks Jean
