Ham Bone
Misc.I always use a ham bone for really good stock....simmer it along wiht onions,
carots, cloves and garlic. You get a nice rich stock with it. Or you can do the
same as above and add in some split peas and get a pea soup! DON'T add salt at
the beginning or the peas won;t soften.
