I thought it was pretty special, too - I'm not always fond of salmon, because too many times it's been fishy (and I know that's because it's past its prime) but these filets done this way were fresh (got them at Costco)and the glaze really perked them up.

Glad you liked it - I'd love to try some really wonderful fresh salmon from out your way sometime. All we get is the pinkish farm raised which is fine, but I'd like to get the real stuff sometime. Is the salmon that you have frequently the "real" kind?
