but, yes, we have wild (versus farmed) salmon readily available out my way. And, of course, all the canned salmon is made from wild salmon, too.

I usually get frozen salmon, even freshly-caught whole fish is flash-frozen right on the boats. And if I am lucky, friends who have been out fishing bring me some of their catch. I have two rather large fishies in my freezer, even as I type!

But oftentimes I just pick up the fillets, the ones I used your glaze on come in a pack of four to equal one pound. I think this was the first time I baked them as opposed to grilling them, and it worked a treat. They seem to dry out on the BBQ; I am definitely onto something.

When you and Ed come out this way, we will have ourselves a salmon feast!
