I'm so jealous of those real salmon fillets! LOL

They sound wonderful! I can't remember the last time I've had those nice red salmon fillets. Have to settle for the washed-out pink ones raised on the farm. But still very good, esp. with that glaze.

Someday, Carolyn, I might be out that way, you never can tell! Not any time soon, tho.
