have you tried "fresh" spring rolls? those are made with fresh rice paper and pre boiled prawns and bork and fresh veggies. they are not fried, just eat them fresh, a bit like a "wrapped pork salad"... you dip them in the sauce. i love the vietnamese type the best.

so you don't have to bake or fry the spring rolls at all and better for your health. :)
