Thank You: thanks for spring roll help
Misc. Thank you all for helping me out here. I did make them deep fried and I found that by using an extra thin spring roll wrapper, the result was very light and non-oily.
I have made fresh spring rolls too and although they were good and healthy, I had some difficulty keeping the filling intact.
