Gladys, Re: Curry Leaves

Hi Gladys,

Curry leaves are an herb used (usually fresh) in South Indian and Sri Lankan cooking. I've never seen them fresh in markets, although I'm told some people in the US grow them in their gardens. They're about the size and shape of bay leaves, but have a different, slightly lemony taste.

Ironically, they're NOT a component of curry powder!!!
