I made the Cuban Corn soup Sunday night. It was wonderful. We had it for dinner with salad and sourdough bread. I had it again for lunch today. Normally, I'm not a big fan of corn, so this was a pleasant surprise. I finally got around to posting one of the tasty treats I made for Thanksgiving. I just got a new cell phone so I've been busy playing with it. Tonight I'm making a stir fry with a tofu cutlet. I'll try out that pasta this weekend. I'm sure it will be wonderful, all your recipes are. Take care.
