Tahini is simple to make. I use unhulled sesame seeds, as the hulls contain a phenomenal amount of calcium but you can use hulled seeds for the "storebought" beige look if you choose.
Grind the unhulled or hulled seeds in a blender until powdery and then add a tiny bit of sesame oil at a time until it goes to a pastey and smooth consistency.
Nothing to it!! Yum!!
