Greek night was a hit...................

Misc.

Lisa,uk- I fixed the Stifatho last night. That is a keeper recipe! We had also had mashed potatoes ( the sauce was good on them), broccoli, a salad of chopped tomatoes and cukes with lemon basil, feta cheese and balsamic, and homemade Sundried Tomato-Feta bread.

To continue the international theme, tomorrow is going to be American- hamburgers and baked potato. Sunday will be German. I haven't figured out what comes after German yet. Suggestions?
